Terms of Service

By using Plansy, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Plansy is

Plansy is a group event planning app: shared events with polls, chat, photo albums, expenses, checklists, and schedules. You can participate as a guest via an invite link or with a verified account.

Your account

You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Plansy.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account), which permanently removes your data.

Your content

You own the content you post (messages, photos, videos, polls, and so on). You give us the limited license needed to store it and show it to the members of the events you post it in. You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

Acceptable use — zero tolerance for abuse

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on Plansy. Don't post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, or that infringes others' rights, and don't spam or impersonate others. Every message and photo can be reported in-app, and any member can be blocked. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or ban accounts at our discretion, without notice.

Plansy Pro subscriptions

Plansy Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through Apple's App Store.
Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app.

Service availability

Plansy is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CEEBEE STUDIOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using Plansy at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app. Continuing to use Plansy after changes means you accept them.
